— The wear-tester program

Thirteen clinicians.
Eight weeks of feedback.

Before Herald launches, we're putting the full line on the people we built it for. You wear the pieces through your shifts. We listen to what you tell us, and we adjust before the public ever sees a stitch.

— Apply

Tell us who you are. We read every one.

Drew reviews every application personally. If you're a fit, expect an introductory email within ten days. If you aren't a fit for this panel, we'll keep your application on file for the next round and let you know.

Your information stays with Herald. We never share applicant details.

— Common questions

Do I need a large social following?

No. We aren't recruiting influencers. We're recruiting clinicians whose feedback will shape the line. Followers don't matter; the quality of your shift hours does.

Is this paid?

Not in cash. You keep two to three pieces of Herald apparel — yours forever, regardless of how the program goes. We consider that fair compensation for two surveys totaling about an hour of your time.

What if the pieces don't fit?

We'll exchange them. Fit feedback is exactly what we want from the wear-tester program — if a piece doesn't work on you, we'd rather know now than after we've manufactured a thousand of them.

Will my information be public?

Only if you opt in to photography. Otherwise, your application stays internal to Herald and your feedback stays anonymous in any public materials we produce.

When does the program start?

The first cohort begins as soon as we lock the panel — likely six to eight weeks from when applications open. We aim to ship pieces within two weeks of acceptance.
